Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your South Beach style, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all South Beach labels and protective liners are still in place.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
